He had the house sold way faster than we anticipated (which was a blessing) without any major hitches. I have never written any type of online review before and am happy to broadcast to anyone buying or selling real estate on the island of Kauai that my fervent and solid recommendation is; to forego those agents who may promise much but deliver scant and rather go with someone who will deliver the goods without being asked twice.
